Are my photos safe?
Yes. Your photo is used only for color analysis, and photos are deleted within at most 7 days after the analysis. Your photos are never used for advertising or model training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How accurate are the results?
Tonely's results are style and entertainment advice; lighting conditions and photo quality can influence the outcome. For best results we recommend a selfie in daylight, without makeup or filters. Results are not a medical assessment and carry no claim of absolute accuracy.
What's included in Premium?
The free analysis shows your season type and 3 colors from your palette. A one-time Premium purchase unlocks your full palette, colors to avoid, outfit and makeup advice, and an HD share card. No subscription — pay once, keep it forever.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and data in the app via Settings → Delete Account. If you need help, just write to us.
